Our fresh starter is active and currently fed every 12 hours. It needs to be fed upon arriving at your home. Start with 10 grams of starter, 50 grams of water and 50 grams of flour. We feed 5/30/30 every 12 hours and can easily increase to whatever amount is needed for your bake, plan 12 hours in advance and feed accordingly.
