Q1. How does order pickup work?

All website orders are available for on-farm pickup or pickup at our listed farmers markets. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a notification when it’s ready for collection.

Please keep in mind:

• Orders must be placed at least one day in advance of your pickup day

• Milk and eggs will be ready for collection after 8 AM EST on your selected day

• Orders must be picked up on the day chosen at checkout

• Specific pickup instructions will be included in your confirmation email

Q2. Can I change my pickup location or date?

Yes—if your order hasn’t been packed yet, we’re happy to accommodate changes!

Email us as soon as possible at phallin@thefarmatpeacemeadows.com with your updated details.

Note: If your order is already packed, we may not be able to change the pickup details—so be sure to double-check your selections before placing your order!

Q3. What if I miss my pickup or can’t make it?

If something comes up, please contact us right away at phallin@thefarmatpeacemeadows.com. We’ll do our best to find a solution.

Because our products are perishable, we may not be able to hold orders beyond the scheduled day without prior notice.

Q4. What is your return policy?

Due to the fresh and perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted. However, if there’s a problem with your order—such as a missing item or quality concern—reach out within 24 hours of pickup and we’ll make it right.

Please email phallin@thefarmatpeacemeadows.com and include a photo if possible to help us resolve the issue quickly.
