The Farm at Peace Meadows operates as a local, farm-based business. We offer farm-fresh food and products available for on-farm and farmers market pick-up only. No shipping or delivery options are available at this time.

2. Orders & Payments

• All orders must be placed through our online store.

• Orders must be picked up on the selected day during checkout. We do not accommodate day-of orders.

• Full payment or deposits (where applicable) must be completed at checkout or paid in person if you choose a cash/alternate method using the appropriate checkout code.

• Orders not picked up on the scheduled day may be forfeited and are non-refundable unless prior arrangements have been made.

3. Product Availability

We do our best to ensure accurate product listings and inventory levels. However, availability may change based on seasonal supply, weather, or farm conditions. If an item you ordered becomes unavailable, we will contact you with an alternative or refund option.

4. Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless the product is defective or an error has occurred on our part. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us at phallin@thefarmatpeacemeadows.com within 24 hours of pickup.

5. Herd Share Agreements

Raw milk and related products are available only to active herd share members. By joining, you agree to the terms outlined in our herd share agreement and acknowledge the responsibilities and legal structure of herd share ownership.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including text, images, logos, and branding—is the property of The Farm at Peace Meadows and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

7. Liability Disclaimer

We are committed to providing high-quality, natural products. However, by purchasing from us, you accept any risks associated with the handling and consumption of raw or minimally processed farm foods. Always store products appropriately and follow safe food handling guidelines.
