We believe really good ice cream doesn’t need a long list of ingredients. Our base is made with just four simple ingredients, including fresh milk from our own cows right here at The Farm at Peace Meadows. No complicated base and no unnecessary extras — just simple ingredients transformed into incredibly rich, creamy farm-made ice cream. Zero chemicals, which is found in your typical ice cream.
For our Salted Caramel, we take that simple four-ingredient base and make the caramel by hand, from scratch. It’s slowly cooked until it becomes deep, buttery, golden, and perfectly rich, then blended into the ice cream so that caramel flavor runs through every bite.
And because there can never be too much caramel, we add generous ribbons of our handmade salted caramel throughout each batch, creating pockets and swirls of gooey caramel from the first spoonful to the last.
The touch of salt balances the sweetness and brings out that deep, buttery caramel flavor, while our fresh milk gives the ice cream the rich, old-fashioned creaminess you expect from something made right on the farm.
