Our porterhouse brings strip steak and tenderloin together on one bone. Grill or pan cook it for a hearty steak dinner with your favorite sides.
Why You’ll Love It
Strip steak and tenderloin in one cut
A generous bone in steak
Animals raised without added growth hormones, steroids, antibiotics, or vaccines
About Our Beef
Our beef comes from Angus cattle raised right here on our North Carolina farm. They are grass fed and grass finished, grazing native pasture grasses and forage rather than being finished on grain.
We raise our cattle without antibiotics, added growth hormones, or vaccinations. Their pastures are managed without sprayed pesticides, herbicides, or chemical fertilizers.
From the way we care for our land to the way we raise our animals, our goal is to bring thoughtfully raised beef from our farm to your family’s table.
