About Our Cows and Dairy
Our dairy comes from our own pasture raised Jersey and Brown Swiss cows right here at The Farm at Peace Meadows. Our cows produce A2/A2 milk, meaning they carry two copies of the A2 beta casein gene.
They graze native grasses and pasture forage, with certified organic, soy free grain offered during milking. Our cows are raised without vaccinations.
We use a closed milking system, regularly test our herd for disease, and monitor milk bacteria counts as part of our commitment to careful animal care and milk handling.

Made from scratch Organic add-ins:
Flour, brown sugar, cane sugar, butter, eggs, baking soda, vanilla extract, chocolate chips (organic cocoa mass, cane sugar, cocoa butter).
