About Our Fresh Milled Bakery
We begin with organic glyphosate free whole wheat berries and mill them here on the farm just before preparing our doughs and batters.
Using the whole wheat berry keeps the bran, germ, and endosperm together, including the grain’s natural fiber and oils. It also gives our breads and baked goods their hearty flavor and character.
We’ve been milling wheat for our family for more than 16 years. Today, we’re sharing those familiar recipes with yours, baking in small batches with real butter, carefully chosen ingredients, and no added preservatives.
