We use only 100% organic ingredients, including our signature freshly milled whole wheat flour, ground right here on the farm just before baking. Every loaf begins with organic, non-GMO, glyphosate-free wheat berries milled in small batches to preserve their full flavor and nutritional value. That means more vitamins, minerals, fiber, and goodness in every bite.
