Living Whole Wheat Bread - Organic

$12.00

Baked fresh Wednesday and Saturday.

There’s nothing like the nourishment of bread made the old-fashioned way. Our Living Whole Wheat Bread is handcrafted on our farm with freshly milled, organic wheat berries—non-GMO, glyphosate-free, and full of life-giving nutrients.

We mill our flour immediately before baking to preserve the wheat’s natural vitamins, minerals, essential oils, and fiber. This is the only way to ensure you’re getting the full benefits of real, whole wheat.

Each loaf weighs about 2 pounds and stays soft and fresh for a week or more—with zero chemicals or preservatives.

Before the 1900s, every household milled their own flour. It wasn’t a trend—it was tradition. We believe many of today’s common health issues could be helped if more people returned to pure, whole foods. That’s why, 16 years ago, we started milling our own wheat at home. Because real nourishment starts at the source.

Most store-bought flour (even “whole wheat”) is bleached, stripped of nutrients, and loaded with added gluten to extend shelf life. True whole grain flour has to be baked within 3 days or it begins to spoil. That’s why our bread is different—you’re getting fresh, living food that supports real health.

Bread made with fresh-milled flour offers:

  • Stable blood sugar support

  • Natural antioxidants

  • Whole fiber and essential nutrients

  • Better texture + deeper flavor

  • Sustained energy from real food

We use no fillers. No shortcuts. Nothing added, and nothing taken away. Just bread the way it was meant to be—real food, for real life.

Since he was two years old, my oldest son Matthew has helped me make this bread—first for our family, then for our neighbors and customers in our little back shop in Tennessee. Through military moves and a growing family, I’ve continued baking for us. And now, after so many requests, Matthew is ready to bring our fresh, living bread back to your table.

We bake fresh every Wednesday and Saturday. Add it to your order and we’ll set your name aside for pickup any day of the week.
