


Living Whole Wheat Bread - Organic
We freshly mill all our flour right here on the farm immediately before baking, this is the only way to preserve the vitamins and minerals in the wheat.
We use Organic wheat berries, which are non-gmo and glyphosate free. Our bread has zero chemicals and no preservatives. Each loaf weighs about 2 pounds and will stay soft and fresh for a week or so.
For centuries families ground their own grain at home. It wasn’t a trend, it was tradition.
Prior to the 1900’s every single family would get whole wheat berries and make their own flour into breads. So many common diseases can be helped if people would go back to using pure whole foods.
Sixteen years ago we started to grind our own wheat, because real nourishment always starts at the source.
Store-bought flour, even “whole wheat” is stripped of vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids, fiber and protein.
Flour from the store is either rancid or bleached. Because real flour has to be baked within three days. It is not shelf stable. Gluten is also added to “normal” flour, in large amounts; one of several reasons so many are gluten intolerant.
